PT Informasi Teknologi (JATI) to Distribute Cash Dividends of IDR 804.38 Million

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk, also known as JATI, has announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of Rp 804.38 billion ($56.5 million) for the fiscal year 2023.

Yuliana, the Director of PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk, explained that the decision was made during the second agenda of the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on Friday, April 5. The agreement was reached that JATI would distribute a dividend of Rp 804.38 billion.

"The dividend will be distributed to shareholders in the form of a cash dividend of Rp 0.25 per share," Yuliana clarified in a public disclosure on Tuesday, April 23.

Yuliana outlined the schedule for the dividend distribution, which includes the cum dividend in the regular and negotiation markets on April 23, 2024, the ex-dividend in the regular and negotiation markets on April 24, 2024, and the cum dividend in the cash market on April 25, 2024.

"Meanwhile, the ex-dividend in the cash market will be on April 26, 2024, and the dividend payment date will be no later than May 15, 2024," she said.

Yuliana added that the cash dividend will be taxed under applicable tax laws. She stated that the amount of tax imposed will be deducted from the cash dividend entitled to the company's shareholders.

For context, PT Informasi Teknologi Indonesia Tbk (Jatis Mobile) conducted its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on May 8, 2023, on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). JATI also reported a net profit for the year 2023 of Rp 2.68 billion. Looking ahead, JATI will focus on developing the cloud services sector and product features such as SuperAPP and e-KYC, in collaboration with Tencent Cloud.
