CIMB Niaga (BNGA) Distributes Dividends of IDR 3.08 Trillion

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA. JAKARTA. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) has announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 3.08 trillion, equivalent to 50% of its total net profit in 2023, which amounts to IDR 6.17 trillion.

The decision to distribute the cash dividend was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Wednesday, April 3rd.

The cash dividend will be paid no later than 30 calendar days after the AGM decision takes effect. The remaining net profit for the fiscal year 2023, after the cash dividend distribution, will be recorded as retained earnings to finance the bank's business activities.

CIMB Niaga's President Director, Lani Darmawan, expressed her gratitude for the trust and support from customers, stakeholders, and shareholders, which enabled CIMB Niaga to achieve its highest profit to date in 2023, accompanied by a strengthening trend in BNGA's stock price.

This encouraging performance reflects CIMB Niaga's consistency in maintaining resilience, agility, and a customer-oriented approach.
