Nippon Indosari (ROTI) Distributes Cash Dividends of IDR 500 Billion

ILUSTRASI. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), the producer of the Sari Roti brand, is set to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 500 billion to its shareholders.


DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), the producer of the Sari Roti brand, is set to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 500 billion to its shareholders. The decision was made during the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held at the Mulia Hotel in Jakarta on Wednesday (3/4).

One of the key points on the meeting's agenda was the determination and utilization of the company's net profit for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023.

The AGM participants agreed to the distribution of a cash dividend amounting to IDR 500 billion, or IDR 87.67 per share, to ROTI's shareholders. Comparing the cash dividend value with ROTI's closing price on Tuesday (2/4) at IDR 1,180 per share, the dividend yield reaches 7.5%.

“This is the highest form of appreciation for the support and loyalty of all shareholders," said ROTI Director Arlina Sofia in an official statement on Thursday (4/4).

According to Arlina, the dividend will be paid on April 26, 2024. Here is the complete schedule:

  • Cum Dividend in Regular and Negotiation Market April 19, 2024
  • Cum Dividend in Cash Market April 23, 2024
  • Ex Dividend in Regular and Negotiation Market April 22, 2024
  • Ex Dividend in Cash Market April 24, 2024
  • Recording Date of Shareholders Entitled to Dividends April 23, 2024
  • Cash Dividend Payment April 26, 2024 

In addition to approving the use of net income, the AGM also approved several other important decisions. Among them, approval of the company's board of directors' report on the company's operations ending on December 31, 2023. 

“The AGM participants also approved the ratification of the company's balance sheet and profit and loss calculation for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023," she said.

 

According to the 2023 financial report, the net income attributable to the parent entity of ROTI decreased by 22.89% to IDR 333.29 billion.

Consequently, ROTI's revenue also fell by 2.91% year on year (YoY) to IDR 3.82 trillion in 2023.
