IDX COMPOSITE (IHSG) - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) strengthened until the end of the first session today. On Thursday (7/3), it rose 0.51% or 37.50 points to 7,367.30 until the end of the first trading session at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
Eight sectoral indices pushed the IHSG into the green zone. The raw materials sector surged 1.96%. The infrastructure sector soared 1.12%. The energy sector advanced 0.86%. The health sector rose 0.59%. The transportation and logistics sector climbed 0.27%. The property and real estate sector strengthened 0.11%. The primary consumer goods sector strengthened 0.07%. The non-primary consumer goods sector fell 0.06%.
Only three sectors fell until the midday trading break. The technology sector plummeted 2.41%. The industrial sector fell 0.22%. The financial sector was cut 0.09%.

The top gainers LQ45 until noon today are:
- PT Barito Pacific Tbk (BRPT) 6.63%
- PT Mitra Pack Tbk (PTMP) 5.52%
- PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) 4.81%
The top losers LQ45 consist of:
- PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) -6.76%
- PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) -3.30%
- PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk (ICBP) -2.47%
The total volume of stock exchange transactions reached 13.56 billion shares with a transaction value of IDR 5.24 trillion. As many as 288 stocks strengthened. There are 215 stocks that weakened and 241 stocks flat.
The IHSG is recorded to have strengthened 0.70% in a week. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the year, the IHSG has risen 1.30%.
