LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, the issuer managing the Alfamart minimarket chain, (AMRT) is set to distribute dividends amounting to IDR 1.19 trillion. Each shareholder is expected to receive a dividend of IDR 28.68 per share.
According to Tomin Widian, the Director & Corporate Secretary of Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, this dividend distribution plan was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Thursday, May 16, 2024.
