BFI Finance (BFIN) Distributes Dividends of IDR 27 Per Share

DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA.  PT BFI Finance Tbk, a publicly traded company under the ticker BFIN, has announced plans to distribute the remaining cash dividend of IDR 55 per share, as agreed upon last year. The company intends to pay a dividend of IDR 27 per share next month. 

In a press release, the management explained that the company had already distributed dividends on December 21, 2023, amounting to IDR 28 per share. "The final dividend balance will be distributed to shareholders recorded in the shareholder register until 4 p.m. on June 5, 2024," clarified Sudjono, Director of BFI Finance, in a disclosure of information at the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Tuesday (28/5).
