Ramayana Insurance (ASRM) Distributes Dividends of IDR 19.78 Billion

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. JAKARTA. PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk, a leading insurance company in Indonesia, has announced plans to distribute a cash dividend of IDR 19.78 billion. This decision was approved by shareholders at the general meeting of shareholders held on April 23, 2024.

The dividend distribution by Asuransi Ramayana represents 22.28% of the net profit for 2023, which was recorded at IDR 88.79 billion. The remaining net profit of IDR 69 billion will be allocated by Asuransi Ramayana for general reserves.

Shareholders entitled to dividends from this issuer, which trades under the ticker symbol ASRM, are those whose names were recorded as of May 6. The cash dividend payment will be made on May 22.

In a disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, ASRM management stated that the dividend amount is Rp 65 per share.

As of Thursday (4/25), ASRM shares closed at IDR 1,550 per share. Using this price as a reference, the dividend yield for Asuransi Ramayana this time is 4.19%.
