DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA. PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF) will distribute dividends of Rp. 64.5 billion from the net profit in 2018. That means each share will get Rp 18.5.
Dividends will be rights for shareholders whose names are registered on March 22, 2019. WOMF will transfer the dividend payout on April 12, 2019.
Binaartha Sekuritas analyst Nafan Aji said that investors like to buy shares that the issuers diligently distribute dividends. "They think that if the company increases in the future, the value of dividends will be even greater," he said on Friday (3/15).
For investors who have invested in WOMF shares, Nafan recommends "keep buying". He set a target for the medium-long term price of WOMF shares at Rp 420 per share. Last Friday, WOMF prices closed Rp366 per share, up 1.67% a day.
