TAX INCENTIVE - JAKARTA. Property issuer PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) welcomes the reissuance of the rule on the provision of value-added tax incentives borne by the government (PPN DTP) for the purchase of houses ranging from Rp 2 billion to Rp 5 billion in 2024.
For information, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati has reissued the rule on the provision of value-added tax incentives borne by the government (PPN DTP) for the purchase of houses ranging from Rp 2 billion to Rp 5 billion in 2024.
This incentive is a continuation of the PPN DTP incentive that has been running since November 2023. Therefore, the government has issued a new policy so that this facility can be realized for the tax period January-December 2024.
"The business prospects are certainly good and the momentum is very positive. Especially since the election has gone well and in one round," said Archied Noto, Director of DILD to Kontan, Wednesday (21/2).
However, they are reluctant to disclose the target marketing sales aimed for this year. Archied stated that they are still evaluating income and sales.
Currently, they have several house projects priced below Rp2 billion, including the Talaga Bestari and Magnolia projects.
"DILD projects include Duo and Ruota in Talaga Bestari, Green Bestari Park, Magnolia Residence, Aeropolis and SQRes located in Jakarta and its surroundings, then there are Amesta, Praxis and Rosebay in Surabaya," he explained.
