DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA. PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Tbk (WEGE) will pay a dividend of Rp 133.28 billion, equivalent to 30% of the net profit of 2018. Thus, each share has the right to receive Rp. 13,924.
The WEGE Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Thursday (21/3) approved the dividend payment plan and the company's annual report.
Director of PT Wijaya Karya Building, Nur Al Fata, said that net profit for the past year was IDR 444.24 billion.
The GMS also appointed Rudy Hartono and Syailendra Ogan as new directors, replacing Widhi Pudjiono and Abiprayadi Riyanto. On the board of commissioners, the GMS named Ridwan Abdul Muthalib and Yulianto as replacements for Muljiadi and Gandira Gutawa.
