IDX Composite (IHSG) Strengthens by 1.22% to 7,254 on Thursday (4/4)

IDX COMPOSITE (IHSG) - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) closed up 87.55 points or 1.22% to 7,254.39 at the end of trading on Thursday (4/4).

A total of 380 stocks rose, 219 stocks fell, and 192 stocks remained stagnant.

Nine sectoral indices strengthened, supporting the rise of the IHSG. Meanwhile, two other sectoral indices entered the red zone.

The sectoral index with the largest increase was the raw materials sector, which rose 2.93%, the infrastructure sector rose 1.15%, and the financial sector rose 0.93%.

Meanwhile, the weakening sectoral indices were the energy sector, which fell 0.15%, and the industrial sector, which fell 0.12%.

The total trading volume of shares on the exchange today reached 14.16 billion shares with a total value of Rp 10.58 trillion.
