Freeport Indonesia Contributes IDR 3.35 T to Regional Governments from 2023 Profits

FREEPORT - JAKARTA. PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI), a prominent mining company, has contributed approximately IDR 3.35 trillion from its 2023 net profit to the Central Papua Provincial Government, the producing district, and other districts in Central Papua.

PTFI's President Director, Tony Wenas, stated that the regional share payment from the net profit is a realization of the company's commitment to stimulate the local government's economic growth.
