Erick Thohir Officially Restructures the Board of Directors of Hutama Karya

STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE - JAKARTA. The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) has officially announced a change in the nomenclature of the positions of Finance Director and Risk Management Director of PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (Hutama Karya).

In a Hutama Karya release (15/3), this change is based on the Decision of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number: SK-66/MBU/03/2024 concerning Changes in Position Nomenclature, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Members of the Board of Directors of the Limited Liability Company (Persero) PT Hutama Karya.

In that decision, the nomenclature of the positions of the members of the Board of Directors of the Company has changed, which was originally the Finance and Risk Management Director, has been changed into two separate positions, namely the Finance Director and the Risk Management Director.

In addition, it also transferred the assignment to Mr. Eka Setya Adrianto, who was originally the Finance and Risk Management Director, to become the Finance Director and appointed Ms. Sugiarti as the Risk Management Director effective as of March 15, 2024.

This decision is implemented to fulfill the SOE Regulation No. PER-2/MBU/03/2023 related to the risk classification of Hutama Karya in the Systemic A quadrant.

Eka Setya Adrianto previously served as the Finance and Risk Management Director of Hutama Karya (2022-2024), Corporate Finance Group Head of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (2017-2022), President Commissioner of Jasa Marga Trans Jawa Toll (2019- 2022).

Meanwhile, Sugiarti previously served as the President Director of PT HK Realtindo (May 2021-March 2024), Finance Director of PT HK Realtindo (July-October 2020), Finance Director of Hutama Karya (October 2019-June 2020). This woman, born in Semarang, is a graduate of Economics and Strategic Management Master from Diponegoro University, Semarang.

Thus, the formation of the Company's management is currently as follows:
