BANKING - JAKARTA. PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI, member of Kompas100 index) will issue a global bond worth a maximum of $ 1 billion this year. Mandiri Finance Director Pandji Irawan said currently Bank Mandiri is awaiting a global bond issuance permit.
"Currently the permissions are being processed. If it's finished, we will soon enter the market, " Pandji said to Kontan.co.id.
Pandji said, Bank Mandiri's funding plan of $ 2 billion this year. But the realization depends on the needs. "Shortly we will only issue a $ 1 billion global bond, " he added.
