DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION - JAKARTA. PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP) has decided to distribute dividends totaling Rp 1.65 trillion from the bank's financial performance throughout 2023. This decision was made at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on March 18, 2023.
The amount of the dividend of OCBC NISP equivalent to 40% of the total profit throughout 2023 amounting to Rp 4.1 trillion. The ratio of this amount also remains unchanged from the dividend distribution last year.
With the value of the dividend amount, each shareholder will be entitled to receive a dividend of about Rp 72 per share.

For information, NISP's net profit reached Rp 4.1 trillion, an increase of 23% year on year (YoY) compared to last year's earnings of Rp 3.3 trillion.
The solid performance achievement was driven by the significant growth of credit performance by 12% YoY with well-maintained credit quality.
