CORPORATE ACTION - JAKARTA. As we approach the end of May, several issuers are still planning to distribute bonuses to their shareholders. One such company is PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC).

The issuer, a producer of plastic building materials, is preparing to distribute dividends to its shareholders. This dividend distribution agenda was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held by IMPC on Monday (20/5).

IMPC will distribute dividends worth IDR 244.20 billion from the 2023 fiscal year. During this period, IMPC recorded a profit attributable to the owner of IDR 430.52 billion.

Each IMPC shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR 4.5 per share. The schedule for IMPC's cum dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set for May 30, 2024.

Next, there is a logistics sector issuer, PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk (PSSI), which will also distribute dividends to its shareholders. This dividend distribution agenda was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held by PSSI on Friday (17/5).

PSSI will distribute dividends amounting to IDR 251.06 billion from the net profit of the 2023 fiscal year. During this period, PSSI's net profit was US$ 40.79 million. Each PSSI shareholder will receive a dividend of IDR 48 per share. The cum dividend of PSSI in the regular and negotiation market is scheduled for May 29, 2024.

On Wednesday (22/5), PSSI's share price closed up 0.84% at IDR 478 per share. The dividends distributed by PSSI resulted in an estimated yield of 10.04%. Meanwhile, IMPC's share price weakened by 2.16% last Wednesday to IDR 362, resulting in a dividend distribution with an estimated yield of 1.71%.
