Nusa Raya Cipta (NRCA) Secures New Contracts Worth IDR 1.52 Trillion by April 2024

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Nusa Raya Cipta Tbk (NRCA), a subsidiary of PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) has secured new contracts worth Rp 1.52 trillion in April 2024.

Erlin Budiman, the Vice President Head of Investor Relations at SSIA, stated that this achievement represents a 36.29% increase compared to the new contracts in the first quarter of 2023, which amounted to Rp 1.12 trillion.

The projects secured until April 2024 include Mayapada IKN East Kalimantan, Hampton Square South Tangerang, JSI Hotel Megamendung Bogor, Daimler Cikarang Bekasi, and Ellipse Project SAS Phase-1 Karawang, Dipo Center Jakarta.

Additionally, the Subang Smartpolitan Infrastructure Package 2, Shopping Arcade Town Center 3 Kota Baru Parahyangan Padalarang Bandung, Tempo Logistik Bekasi, and Design & Build Housing Townsite West Nusa Tenggara were also included.

“At the beginning of 2024, NRCA was entrusted to build the Mayapada IKN Hospital with a contract value of Rp 99 billion,” he told Kontan on Thursday (6/6).

To enhance the company's performance in 2024, NRCA has implemented several strategies. First, they are focusing on developing and maintaining their construction services business.

Second, they are proactively seeking opportunities in government projects by participating in tenders and meeting all technical and administrative requirements.

Third, they are working to increase or maintain their existing market share by securing new contracts from project owners or regular customers.

Fourth, they are more proactive in seeking new project opportunities in the property, industry, infrastructure, and related sectors.

“Lastly, we are building partnerships with foreign parties, private entities, or state-owned enterprises through joint operation projects,” he added.
