IPA: The Potential Application of Carbon Capture in Indonesia is US$ 478 Billion

CARBON CAPTURE STORAGE - JAKARTA. The Indonesian Petroleum Association (IPA) has emphasized the importance of implementing carbon capture and storage technology, or carbon capture and storage (CCS).

IPA Executive Director, Marjolijn Wajong, stated that the upstream oil and gas industry is currently being challenged to reduce carbon emissions. With supportive policies and regulations, the oil and gas industry in this energy transition period will implement CCS to reduce carbon emissions and achieve the Net Zero Emission (NZE) target.
