FINANCIAL SERVICES - JAKARTA. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) is targeting the distribution of funding to the productive sector and MSMEs can reach a portion of 40% of the outstanding funding this year.

The Executive Head of the Supervisory Agency for Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Services Institutions OJK Agusman said the target value is under the contents of the Roadmap for Strengthening and Developing LPBBTI. The value of funding to the productive sector has not yet reached 40%.

"The amount of outstanding funding to the productive sector or MSMEs as of January 2024 takes a portion of 33.65% or IDR 20.33 trillion from the total outstanding funding of IDR 60.42 trillion," he said in a written answer sheet, quoted Sunday (10/3).

Agusman does not deny that the growth of fintech P2P lending loans tends to slow down, compared to the growth in previous years.
