LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Intikeramik Alamasri Industri Tbk (IKAI) has released its first quarter 2024 financial report, recording revenues of IDR 52.14 billion.
According to the financial report released on Sunday (5/6), IKAI's revenue for the first three months of 2023 decreased by 3.02% year on year (YoY) to IDR 52.14 billion, compared to IDR 53.77 billion in the same period the previous year.
The revenue includes ceramic revenue of IDR 30.68 billion and hotel revenue of IDR 21.45 billion.
At the same time, IKAI's cost of revenue increased by 1.52% YoY to IDR 26.50 billion. This resulted in a decrease in gross profit of 7.31% YoY, from IDR 27.66 billion to IDR 25.63 billion.
As of March 2024, IKAI recorded sales expenses of IDR 2.29 billion. This figure is up 3.33% YoY compared to IDR 2.21 billion in the same position the previous year.
Meanwhile, general and administrative expenses decreased by 11.35% YoY to IDR 22.48 billion.
By the end of last March, IKAI managed to pocket a profit attributed to the parent entity of IDR 1.28 billion. Understandably, at the end of March 2023, IKAI still recorded a loss of IDR 8.95 billion.
