IDX COMPOSITE (IHSG) - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Index (IHSG) narrowed its decline at the end of the first trading session today. On Monday (26/2), the IHSG fell 0.18% or 13.18 points to 7,281.91 by the end of trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).
The IHSG was dragged down by the weakening of six sectoral indices. The health sector fell 1.71%. The primary consumer goods sector fell 0.38%. The financial sector fell 0.37%. The raw materials sector weakened by 0.35%. The technology sector was cut by 0.27%. The property and real estate sector fell 0.20%.
Meanwhile, five sectors strengthened even though the IHSG fell. The transportation and logistics sector strengthened by 0.56%. The industrial sector rose 0.20%. The infrastructure sector rose 0.18%. The energy sector rose 0.09%. The non-primary consumer goods sector strengthened by 0.05%.

The top gainers of LQ45 until noon today are:
- PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk (CPIN) 2.11%
- PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk (ACES) 1.19%
- PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) 0.82%
The top losers of LQ45 consist of:
- PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk UNVR) -3.35%
- PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) -3.83%
- PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) -2.23%
The total volume of stock exchange transactions reached 8.5 billion shares with a transaction value of Rp 4.26 trillion. As many as 282 stocks weakened. There are 231 stocks that strengthened and 243 stocks flat.
The IHSG was recorded to have weakened by 0.20% in the last week. Meanwhile, since the beginning of the year, the IHSG has risen slightly by 0.13%.
