NEW YORK, NY - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL), a leading telecommunications company in Indonesia, held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on Friday, May 3. The meeting's agenda included discussions on changes to the board of commissioners and directors.
XL Axiata's President Director, Dian Siswarini, explained that in addition to the dividend distribution, the AGM also approved changes to the composition and reappointment of the board of directors and commissioners of EXCL.

"The changes involve the appointment of a new director, a member of the Board of Commissioners, and two independent commissioners to replace the commissioners whose term has ended," she clarified on Friday, May 3.
Rico Usthavia Frans was appointed as a Director of XL Axiata. Prior to his appointment, Rico served as Chief IT, Digital and Analytics at XL Axiata since September 2023.

EXCL also appointed Yasmin Aladad Khan and Didi Syafruddin Yahya as independent commissioners to replace Yasmin Stamboel Wirjawan and Muliadi Rahardja, whose terms have ended.
Furthermore, the AGM approved the appointment of Nik Rizal Kamil Nik Ibrahim Kamil as a member of the Board of Commissioners for the 2024-2029 period, effective from the close of the meeting.

"The latest composition of the board of directors and commissioners of XL Axiata is effective from the close of the AGM until the end of the term at the close of the 2029 AGM," said Dian.
The new and effective composition of the XL Axiata Board of Directors since the close of the Meeting is as follows:
- President Director: Dian Siswarini
- Director: Yessie Dianty Yosetya
- Director: Feiruz Ikhwan
- Director: David Arcelus Oses
- Director: Abhijit Jayant Navalekar
- Director: I Gede Darmayusa
- Director: Rico Usthavia Frans
Meanwhile, the new and effective composition of the XL Axiata Board of Commissioners since the close of the Meeting is as follows:
- President Commissioner: Dr. Muhamad Chatib Basri
- Commissioner: Vivek Sood
- Commissioner: Dr. Hans Wijayasuriya
