Ganjar Will File a Lawsuit Presidential Election Results at the Constitutional Court

POLITIC. - JAKARTA. The candidate pair number 03 Ganjar Pranowo and Mahfud MD will file a dispute over the results of the presidential election to the Constitutional Court (MK)

Previously, the candidat pair bumber 01, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar had already reported the election result dispute to the MK on Thursday (21/3/2024) yesterday. 

When confirmed to the Deputy of Law of the National Winning Team (TPN), Todung Mulya Lubis confirmed that Paslon 03 Ganjar-Mahfud will file a dispute over the results of the 2024 Presidential Election to the Constitutional Court (MK) on Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 17.00 WIB.

Previously, Ganjar Pranowo mentioned that his party had prepared a legal team to immediately register the lawsuit to the MK.

The lawsuit will be filed on Saturday (23/3/2024) tomorrow.

"The team will immediately register it and hopefully this will unveil the veil, and of course our hope is that the MK will judge this well and can restore the dignity of our democracy," said Ganjar Pranowo in a Press Conference at the Ganjar-Mahfud Post, Thursday(21/3).
