FOREX - An index tracking emerging market currencies held steady while stocks rallied on Thursday, as investors assessed the chances of U.S. interest rate cuts this year and gauged the impact of a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas.
Meanwhile, Israel's benchmark stock index opened at an all-time high, and was last up 0.2%, following a broad market rally on Wednesday after the ceasefire deal was announced, potentially ending the 15-month-old conflict that has rocked the region.
