Flights in Bali cancelled again

DENPASAR. Several flights in Bali, especially those serving international routes in Ngurah Rai International Airport, have been cancelled again on Thursday due to Mount Raunt's eruption.

According to the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) in East Java, Raung's volcanic ashes were moving from southeast to south at 8 a.m. with the closest distance to the airport being 18 kilometers, as reported by tribunnews.com.

Currently the state-owned airport operator Angkasa Pura I is holding a meeting to decide on the next step.
