STOCK MARKET - JAKARTA. PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), an Indonesian food company, is targeting growth in 2024 despite the upcoming political year.
The company's secretary, Cesilia Constansia, said that AISA is committed to its business plan for 2024, which focuses on balancing new product development with capacity expansion.
AISA plans to achieve this through increased sales and operational efficiency.
"We are grateful that the democratic elections went smoothly, safely and conducively. We will continue to implement what we have planned for 2024," Cesilia told Kontan.co.id last week.

AISA has allocated Rp 105.8 billion in capital expenditure (capex) for 2024. The capex will be used to increase production capacity and product quality, improve production efficiency and other capital expenditures related to improving occupational safety.
With these business plans in place, AISA is optimistic that it will achieve financial performance growth compared to 2023. Some of the positive catalysts include market development strategies, operational efficiency and positive customer response to products and services.
"All of this is expected to support the achievement of sustainable growth," said Cesilia.
For the third quarter of 2023, AISA's sales increased slightly to Rp 1.31 trillion. The company also posted a profit of Rp 14 billion, compared to a loss of Rp 39.48 billion in the same period of the previous year.
