STOCK MARKET – JAKARTA. PT Arthakencana Rayatama, the controlling shareholder of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), has increased its stake in the company.
On Friday, February 23, Arthakencana Rayatama reported buying 11.27 million shares of AKRA. This represents 0.056% of AKRA's current issued share capital.
The purchases were made on February 16, 19, 20, 21, and 22, 2024. The purpose of the purchases was for investment, with the shares held directly.

Arthakencana Rayatama purchased the shares at a price of Rp 1,620.3 per share. Based on calculations by Kontan.co.id, Arthakencana Rayatama spent at least Rp 18.26 billion on the purchases.
With these purchases, Arthakencana Rayatama's ownership of AKRA has increased to 12.15 billion shares, or 60.53%, from 12.12 billion shares, or 60.42%.
