Electricity from the Kayan Hydro Energy Plant to Supply the New Capital City

GREEN ENERGY - JAKARTA. PT Kayan Hydro Energy (KHE) is setting its sights on supplying electricity from the Kayan Cascade Hydroelectric Power Plant (PLTA), located in the Peso District of Bulungan, North Kalimantan, to the new capital city centered in the Penajam Paser Utara District, East Kalimantan Province.

"The new capital city is indeed one of our targets. When asked if we are ready to support it, the answer is, we must be," said Steven Kho, an Executive Committee member of KHE, during a celebration event for PT Kayan Hydro Energy in Tanjung Selor, Bulungan, North Kalimantan, on Thursday (30/05).
