Archi Indonesia (ARCI) Opts Out of Distributing Dividends from the 2023

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (ARCI), a gold mining company has decided not to distribute dividends from the 2023 fiscal year. This decision was approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).

ARCI's CEO, Rudy Suhendra, stated that the company needs funds for the repair of gold mines in North Sulawesi.
