Why Telkomsel Is Changing Its CEO and Commissioners?

TELKOMSEL - JAKARTA. The board of directors at Telkomsel is rotating. PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM) and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (Singtel), as Telkomsel's shareholders, have appointed Sarwoto Atmosutarno as Commissioner replacing Nanang Pamuji Mugasejati effective from December 1, 2023.

Then, Nugroho was appointed as the President Director replacing Hendri Mulya Syam, and Indra Mardiatna was appointed as the Network Director replacing Nugroho. This decision is effective from December 8, 2023.

Thus, the current composition of Telkomsel's Commissioners is as follows:

"The establishment of the new composition of Commissioners and Directors of Telkomsel is in line with Telkomsel's strategy as a leading digital telecommunications company in continuing the acceleration of the development of fixed mobile convergence (FMC) services," Telkomsel wrote in a release received by Kontan.co.id, Friday (8/12). This is to strengthen the inclusive digital ecosystem of Indonesia, encourage and develop the utilization of the latest telecommunications technology, and improve the company's business performance.
