Tracing Track Record of CVC Capital Partners, Now Back to Acquiring AGII Shares

MARKET AND STOCK TRADING - JAKARTA. Global financial firm, CVC Capital Partners, has once again invested in the shares of a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This time, the firm has poured its funds into PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII).

CVC, which invested in AGII through Matrix Company Limited, has purchased 14,257,300 AGII shares. With this acquisition, Matrix Company Limited's ownership in AGII has increased to 1,003,510,420 shares (32.72%), up from 989,253,120 shares (32.26%).
