STOCK MARKET - JAKARTA. The IDX Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) fell on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, continuing a four-day decline.
The index moved in negative territory throughout the trading session, closing at 7,365.66, a decrease of 12.09 points or 0.16% from the previous day.
According to data from the IDX via RTI Business, a total of 16.24 billion shares were traded with a transaction value of IDR 11.76 trillion (approximately USD 771.3 million).
Despite the overall decline, 219 stocks managed to gain value, while 356 fell and 208 remained unchanged.

Foreign investors continued their net selling activity, offloading IDR 406.99 billion (approximately USD 26.8 million).
However, it's important to note that this selling comes after a net foreign buy accumulation of IDR 1.73 trillion (approximately USD 113.4 million) for the week.
