RAF FAIRFORD, England - The United States government is set to scrutinize its plans for the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) platform, a development from the family of future fighter aircraft and drones.
On Saturday, Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall stated that the U.S. will exercise greater caution before deciding whether to proceed with the platform. This comes amid concerns over the high replacement costs of the F-22, which have been deemed exorbitant.
