LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) is optimistic about the mall business in 2024, as it begins to see an increase in visitor traffic to its managed malls.

Although not specified, MTLA projects a 13% to 15% increase in mall visits in 2024 compared to the previous year. Meanwhile, the occupancy rate of MTLA-owned malls is above 95%.
