ISSUER NEWS - JAKARTA. PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA) is set to issue its Continuous Bond IV Summarecon Agung Phase III 2024 with a principal value of IDR 1.3 trillion.
According to disclosed information, the bond will be issued without a certificate and offered at 100% of the total principal amount. This debt instrument will be divided into two series.
