PT LIPPO KARAWACI TBK / LPKR - JAKARTA. In the midst of a dispute over bribery cases affecting the Meikarta Project, PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) reported its mid-year performance to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Wednesday (10/24).
In that period LPKR's revenue reached Rp 5.56 trillion, up 13.33% compared to the same period last year of Rp 4.91 trillion.
On the other hand, profit for the period that can be distributed to owners of the parent company also rose 133% to Rp 1.14 trillion from the previous year of Rp 487.34 billion.
On the liability side, LPKR recorded a decrease of 4.12% to Rp. 25.80 trillion compared to December 2017 of Rp. 26.91 trillion.
There was a significant decrease in liabilities for short-term liabilities from Rp 8.74 trillion (December 2017) to Rp 7.78 trillion. Long-term liabilities also dropped from IDR 18.16 trillion (December 2018) to IDR 18.01 trillion.
The biggest part of LPKR's revenue was contributed by the healthcare business line of Rp 2.84 trillion. Revenues from urban development contributed Rp 1.35 trillion. The other portion of revenue comes from large scale integrated development, mall, hospitality infrastructure, and management services.
