MANUFACTURING - JAKARTA. PT Len Industri (Persero) and Thales have recently signed an agreement to establish a joint venture (JV) aimed at fulfilling the air monitoring needs of the Indonesian Air Force, including radar and command & control (C2) system collaborations.
Thales will contribute its extensive expertise in radar technology through a planned technology transfer. The JV will also collaborate on the development of a national command & control (C2) radar. Related services, including maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities, will be carried out at PT Len's location in Subang.
