Stock Recommendation: Prospects of PT Sarana Menara (TOWR) After IBST Acquisition

TELECOMMUNICATION - JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk, also known as TOWR, through its business entity, PT iForte Solusi Infotek (iForte), is set to acquire a 90.11% stake in PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, or IBST.

According to the disclosed information, iForte is poised to take over approximately 90.11% of IBST's shares from the total capital invested and placed in IBST, owned by PT Bakti Taruna Sejati, the majority shareholder of IBST, and several other minority shareholders.
