RETAIL SALES - JAKARTA. Indonesia-based sustainable retail and e-commerce company Siklus is accelerating its push into the B2B segment in 2026, leveraging IoT-enabled dispensing technology and strategic partnerships to capture growing demand for efficient and sustainable business solutions.

The move builds on momentum since the company first entered the commercial market in 2024, with a sharper focus on industries such as healthcare, hospitality, and food and beverage.

A key driver of this expansion is Siklus’ collaboration with local FMCG brand Snap Clean to develop IoT-based dispensing systems.

The partnership targets operational environments like hospitals, hotels, and restaurants, aiming to improve product usage control and streamline distribution efficiency.

Globally, IoT-powered dispensing systems are gaining traction as companies seek better visibility over consumption and more efficient supply chains.

In Indonesia, adoption is rising rapidly, with connected IoT devices surpassing 150 million in 2023, reflecting increasing integration across manufacturing and logistics sectors.

At the same time, domestic challenges such as limited waste management infrastructure and regulatory pushes, including local content requirements (TKDN) and circular economy initiatives, are encouraging businesses to adopt more measurable and sustainable distribution models.

This trend opens opportunities for refill-based systems that offer tighter control over product usage.

Siklus addresses these needs through a subscription-based model that combines bulk-format cleaning products with smart dispensing machines, eliminating high upfront hardware costs. The system is designed to tackle common operational issues such as overuse, leakage, and poor consumption control, particularly in large-scale facilities.

Beyond cost efficiency, the technology enables real-time monitoring of product usage, offering a level of operational visibility that traditional distribution models lack. This supports a broader shift away from single-use packaging toward controlled, refill-based consumption.

“By integrating dispensing systems with real-time monitoring, we see an opportunity to improve operational efficiency while reducing reliance on single-use packaging,” said Laksamana Sakti (Alif), Co-Founder of Siklus in a press release, as quoted on Thursday (4/16/2026).

The opportunity is significant. Indonesia’s B2B homecare market is projected to reach around USD 1.75 billion, with demand for sustainable and reusable solutions continuing to grow.

To strengthen its commercial strategy, Siklus has appointed Dicky Sukarmadji as Chief Commercial Officer. A member of the founding team, Dicky previously helped establish early operations and secure partnerships with major companies such as Nestlé and P&G.

He brings experience from senior roles across multiple multinational firms, including L’Oréal, Reckitt, Diageo, and Sony Music.

“In many sectors, efficiency still relies on operational discipline rather than being embedded into the system itself,” Dicky said. “Dispensing-based solutions and real-time monitoring allow us to build efficiency directly into the distribution model.”

Looking ahead, Siklus plans to expand beyond Java by scaling its IoT-enabled dispensing network across other regions in Indonesia. The company is also working to strengthen its production capacity and supply chain to support broader deployment of its circular, technology-driven model.

To accelerate growth, Siklus is seeking strategic investors and partners aligned with its vision of delivering sustainable and efficiency-focused solutions for Indonesia’s commercial sector.
