Shopee Ensures Consumers Are Free to Choose Delivery Services

E-COMMERCE - JAKARTA. Christin Djuarto, the Executive Director of Shopee Indonesia, has refuted allegations made by the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) that the company is monopolizing courier services.

She emphasized that every consumer or customer has the right to choose their preferred courier service when making transactions on the Shopee app. Therefore, she said, the logistics can be determined by the users, not by the company.
