JAKARTA. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono spent the holiday weekend with members of his family in Subang, West Java.
While in the resort area, Yudhoyono and family dropped into a convenience store to buy supplies for their vacation.
From his official Twitter account @SBYudhoyono, the President uploaded a photo of him exiting the convenience store with infant grandson Airlangga Satriadhi Yudhoyono in his arms. Airlangga is the son of Edhie Baskoro “Ibas” Yudhoyono and wife Aliya Rajasa, the daughter of Coordinating Economic Minister Hatta Rajasa.
Also seen in the picture is First Lady Ani Yudhoyono and granddaughter Almira Tunggadewi Yudhoyono, daughter of Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono and wife Annisa Pohan.
Yudhoyono also tweeted: “President SBY stops in at a supermarket in Ciater, Subang, while on his vacation with his family.”
Like many Jakartans, Yudhoyono escaped from the city for the Easter holiday starting Friday.
From his Twitter account, Yudhoyono also sent out Easter greetings to Christians in the country.
“Happy Easter to all Christians,” Yudhoyono tweeted.
