JAKARTA. Listed chemical distributor and manufacturer, PT Lautan Luas (LTLS), announced a joint venture with Japan-based Ajinomoto Co. Inc. to establish a new company making raw materials for cosmetics, located in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java.
The venture is scheduled to start operations in the second half of 2013.
The declared initial and future investment will be US$6,000,000.
Ajinomoto will own 66.67 percent of shares and PT Lautan Luas 33.33 percent. (Mariel Grazella/ The Jakarta Post)
