PGN Subsidiary, Saka Energi Pays Off US$ 156 Million Dollar Bond

OIL AND GAS - JAKARTA. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, a sub-holding of Pertamina Gas, has strategically paid off bonds issued in US dollar denominations. The company has settled the bonds issued by its subsidiary, PT Saka Energi Indonesia (SAKA).

SAKA has paid off bonds worth US$ 156 million on May 5, 2024. These senior debt securities were issued by SAKA on May 5, 2017, with a seven-year term on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) with a total value of US$ 625 million.
