PBNU Forms a Company to Manage Mines from the Government

MINING - JAKARTA. The Nahdlatul Ulama Executive Board (PBNU) has established a limited liability company (PT) as a business entity to manage the mining land granted by the government.

For the record, NU is the first religious organization to openly request mining permits from the government. They have been allocated to manage the former land of PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC), a mining company under the Bakrie Group.
