Panorama Sentrawisata (PANR) Targets a 30% Increase in Revenue 2024

LISTED COMPANY - JAKARTA. Panorama Sentrawisata Tbk (PANR) is targeting a 30% increase in revenue throughout 2024 compared to their revenue up to the third quarter of 2023. 

According to Panorama, 2023 was a year that brought a breath of fresh air to the tourism sector. This also influenced Panorama as one of the regional tourism players. This is evident from Panorama's financial performance, which recorded business revenues up to Rp 2 trillion until the third quarter.

Budi Tirtawisata, CEO of PANR, said that this positive performance was also supported by various factors. Some of the factors supporting Panorama's performance include high market demand, strengthening business strategies, business model innovation, development of contemporary products, and several other business innovations successfully carried out by Panorama.

In 2024, Panorama is focused on normalizing business. Panorama is pursuing performance improvements to achieve pre-pandemic performance, and even surpass it.

"One of the steps we are taking is by participating in various tourism exhibitions both abroad and domestically and conducting sales mission visits to various source market countries," Budi revealed in a press release, on Friday (8/3).

To meet the 2024 target, Panorama has participated in various tourism exhibitions both domestically and abroad. Panorama focuses on two main markets, namely Inbound which handles foreign tourists, and Travel & Leisure which handles the domestic market.

Exhibitions abroad are conducted to attract foreign tourists who want to vacation in Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia. Panorama has participated in B2B exhibitions, including the Internationale Tourismus Börse Berlin 2024 (ITB Berlin) in Germany, Outbound Travel Mart 2024 (OTM) in India, The International Travel & Hospitality Show 2024 (MITT) in Russia, and ASEAN Tourism Forum 2024 (ATF) in Laos. In addition, Panorama also conducts sales visits to several source market countries such as Europe and Indo-China.

Meanwhile, domestic exhibitions are conducted to attract local and national tourists to various world destinations. These B2C exhibition activities are held at various convention centers in Jakarta and several shopping malls in collaboration with banks, airlines, cruises, and NTOs. 

Welcoming the month of Ramadan and its peak at Eid, Panorama has also prepared special tour packages such as tours to Turkey. In this package, tourists can perform tarawih prayers and Eid prayers at the Hagia Sophia Mosque, a tour around Europe, and a cruise package where tourists can experience sailing directly from Jakarta around Malaysia and Singapore.
