JAKARTA. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has banned 15 venture capital companies from operating after they failed to comply with Clause 42 Paragraph 2 of Finance Ministry Regulation No. 18/PMK.010/2012.
The OJK says in its official public information release that the companies failed to submit their first six-month business reports to the Finance Ministry one month after the first 2013 six-month period ended.
The companies were Dinamik Sistim Sejahtera, Handa Putra Capital, Inkapita Venture, Jasa Dinamika Ventura Corporation, Mahe Invenstama, Ventura Investasi Perdana, Maco Venturindo Kapital, Ventura Tunai Kapital, Yao Capital, Abalone Siber Capitalindo, Techno Venture Business Synergy and Ventura Cakrawala.
