North Jakarta District Court Orders PT TForce to Refund Customers' Money

FRAUDULENT INVESTMENT - JAKARTA. JAKARTA. Another fraudulent investment case has emerged, this time involving members or customers of PT Tforce Indonesia. The issue has been brought to the North Jakarta District Court. The panel of North Jakarta District Court judges, based on the verdict Number of Case: 505/pdt.g/2023/PN.Jkt.Utr dated May 13, 2024, granted the lawsuit of CHA (39) and RA (36) ordering PT TForce to pay damages to each plaintiff.

The Legal Team of PT TForce Customers, Edi Gustia Bahri, stated that the lawsuit filed by his clients, CHA and RA, was decided by the judge, requiring PT TForce to pay damages totaling IDR 951,942,760 to both customers.
