MEDC Maneuvers, Will Divest Mexican Assets After Vietnam & Libya

CORPORATE ACTION - JAKARTA. PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk (MEDC) has been actively managing its oil and gas assets, recently completing acquisitions and divestments of oil fields abroad.

Earlier this year, MEDC finalized the divestment of its oil and gas assets in Vietnam and Libya. In Vietnam, in April 2024, MEDC officially divested all of its participation rights in Ophir Vietnam Block 12W B.V. (OVBV), amounting to 31.875%, to Bitexco Energy Company Limited.
