Mayapada Bank Partners with Agung Sedayu Group to Boost Property Loans

CORPORATE STRATEGIC - JAKARTA. PT Bank Mayapada Tbk (MAYA) is making strides to boost its consumer credit distribution, with a particular focus on home ownership loans. One of its key strategies is to strengthen partnerships with major developers.

In its latest move, the bank, owned by tycoon Dato Sri Tahir, has teamed up with developer company PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk, owned by tycoon Sugianto Kusuma (Aguan), also known as the Agung Sedayu Group. The partnership aims to provide facilities for home ownership loans (KPR), apartment ownership loans (KPA), and land ownership loans (KPT).
