ISSUER NEWS - JAKARTA. PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR) is planning to divest a portion of its shares in PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk (SILO), with the transaction amounting to 1.35 billion shares valued at Rp 3.85 trillion.
According to a disclosure made to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Monday (13/5), the transaction will be carried out by LPKR through its subsidiary, PT Megapratama Karya Persada. The shares will be sold to Sight Investment Company Pte. Limited, a Singapore-based firm.
